Canoeing On Great Slave

CA$1,350.00

The clouds and rocks and water in this painting are wonderfully captured as the canoers (one not visible) paddle around the N’dilho ( meaning the end of the island) and back into a safer bay from open water of the Great Slave Lake. Great Slave Lake is the largest body of water near Yellowknife and acts as a sink to keep the heat in during are long winters. I love this moody painting.
