While walking down to the beach, I saw these girls throwing sand and stones into the water , it reminded me of when I was a child watching how water ripples formed. I took a quick photo… not sure the ripples don’t look a bit psychedelic… it was always fun to play by the water and I have tried to capture that playful moment in this painting.
